| Аннотация | В статье дан обзор работ по международной экономической интеграции, выполненных в рамках методологии новой институциональной экономической теории. Показано, что формальные соглашения о международной экономической интеграции являются деятельностью правительств по снижению барьеров торговли как трансакционных издержек; однако на неформальные барьеры, возникающие в силу языковых, религиозных, культурных различий, а также из-за существования разного рода хищничества, влияние государства ограничено. Основное внимание в статье уделено формам международной экономической интеграции, возникающим в результате согласованного, параллельного и конфликтного соотношения между формальными и неформальными институтами, конституирующими экономическую интеграцию. Сделан акцент на исследованиях, в которых обсуждается, что не только соотношение формальных и неформальных институтов влияет на международную экономическую интеграцию, но и она сама может создавать положительные экстерналии в виде улучшения качества институтов. |
